Director of Product Design
Lead a team of 3 designers and 3 product managers to create KPiQ from the ground up. From user research and design through engineering and launch, we took KPiQ from idea to MVP. I implemented a design sprint methodology and Design System to help the team hit deadlines. The product is in Beta with a $300k ARR waitlist.

Currently working on the future of StoryMaps while leading our team of 5 designers on 2 sister products. Lead transition from Sketch to Figma, while redesigning the design system with accessibility, reusability, and portability as core concepts.

Conducted dozens of user interviews in order to design a net-new workflow in the Raken iOS, Android, and Web apps. The resulting customizable surveys and form builder is currently in development for release later this year.
